    Can't get copper foil to adhere to deep crevices of textured glass?

  • This burnishing tip works for deep textured glass, use an old hard toothbrush.
  • What can be used for a burnishing tool?

  • Use sample credit cards received in the mail. They work well for doing copper foil overlays as well as burnishing.
  • Popsicle sticks can be used for burnishing.
  • You can buy a burnisher from a stained glass supplier.
  • How much pressure is used when burnishing?

  • Apply a reasonable amount of pressure to all edges that the copper foil contacts. The copper foil must be firmly attached to the glass.
