Order for Stained Glass

To order stained glass, you must first request a free quote. We do not sell or make available your personal information. This information is for our use only.




What is Needed to Place Order:

Order Process
  1. Agree to quote sent to you from Creativity In Glass

  2. Fill out Request form with final information regarding your piece.

  3. Receive an e-mail verifying price (minus shipping and handling) and your specifications for the piece.

  4. Send 50% deposit

  5. Receive confirmation of deposit

  6. Receive notification of piece completion and shipping cost

  7. Send remaining 50% plus shipping charge

  8. Enjoy your new stained glass
