How to Calculate the Price
For Stained Glass




Pricing Stained Glass

To calculate an approximate price for your stained glass art work.
  1. Measure the width and height for your art work.

  2. Multiply width inches by height inches then divide by 144 which gives you the square footage.

  3. Multiply your square footage number by $70.00, the base cost.

  4. Count the number of pieces in pattern then add that number to the base cost. This will give you an approximate cost excluding design time and any extras (on average, expect about 40 pieces per sq ft).

  5. Additional fees may include:
  • Bevels
  • Exotic Glass
  • Wire embellishments ie. whiskers, flower stamens and other 3D effects
  • Shape other than square or rectangle
  • Design Time
  • Reinforcement
  • Framing
  • Shipping/Handling
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated on dimension size, weight, destination and insurance cost.
Shipping cost is determined after the item is packaged and weighed.

This cost will then be added to the remaining 50% balance which is due prior to shipping.

Delivery Time
Average delivery time is 3 - 6 weeks from time of receipt of deposit depending on time of year, size and glass availability.

Payment

Payment Policy:
Upon approval of quoted price and/or design, a 50% deposit will be required. Prior to shipping, the remaining balance and shipping charges are to be paid.
