In this informal lunch-hour session, bring your questions to solicitors, Andrew Wilkinson and Heledd Wyn, as they discuss the practicalities of the Will-writing process and share the most important elements to consider to ensure that your affairs are in order.

Andrew is Partner & Head of Inheritance and Trust Disputes at Shakespeare Martineau. An experienced litigator, both in the High Court and the Court of Protection, he has particular expertise in dealing with disputes regarding high- value and complex estates, including cross-border elements.

Heledd is Partner at Shakespeare Martineau. She specialises in future planning, providing expert advice and guidance in respect of Wills, Powers of Attorney, long-term care, and asset protection to both private individuals and business owners.

If you would like to learn more about creating your own lasting legacy, our in-house legacy experts will be available for an informal chat after the event.

This event is free but ticketed. Booking essential. Please meet in Seminar Room 2 of the Learning Centre.
